Police in Washington, D.C., are searching for a suspect on the loose after a man's head was reportedly set on fire. Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Criminal Investigations Division (MPD) announced in a press release that they were searching for a man who had "poured" liquid on the victim's head and then set fire to the man a little after 3 p.m. Monday. "At approximately 3:05 p.m., the suspect poured a liquid on the victim at the intersection of North Capitol Street and P Street Northwest," the press release said. "The suspect then ignited the liquid. After fleeing the scene on foot, the suspect was captured on a surveillance camera.
