President Donald Trump is going after Fox News for its election coverage.

“[Fox News] daytime ratings have completely collapsed. Weekend daytime even WORSE. Very sad to watch this happen, but they forgot what made them successful, what got them there. They forgot the Golden Goose. The biggest difference between the 2016 Election, and 2020, was [Fox News]! Trump tweeted.

While Trump bashed Fox News, according to October viewership data for Fox News, the average number of viewers increased by 57% from 2019 reaching a total of 2,278,000 people.

Over last week alone, the network reached more than 1 million viewers between the ages of 25 and 54.

Trump then retweeted a series of posts pointing to other news networks viewers can tune into.

Newsmax and Oann are great alternatives

Quite right. They've been a disaster since the election day. DT has not been given any chance by a clearly corrupt media.

The president and his campaign slammed Fox News for calling Arizona for President-elect Joe Biden with only 73% of the vote counted.

Trump adviser Jason Miller took to Twitter to criticize Fox News for calling the race early.

“[Fox News] is a complete outlier in calling Arizona, and other media outlets should not follow suit. There are still 1M+ Election Day votes out there waiting to be counted – we pushed our people to vote on Election Day, but now Fox News is trying to invalidate their votes!” Miller wrote.

Fox News’ Howard Kurtz said, “There was strong pushback from the Trump campaign about that call. Some fox commentators challenged it on the air.”

He added, “I can confirm that Jared Kushner called Rupert Murdoch to complain about the Arizona call.”

On Sunday, Trump expressed his frustration with news outlets for calling the race for Biden, as IJR previously reported.

“Since when does the Lamestream Media call who our next president will be?” Trump said. “We have all learned a lot in the last two weeks!”

Trump has refused to accept Biden’s victory.

The former vice president commented on Trump’s refusal to concede, as IJR previously reported.

“I just think it’s an embarrassment, quite frankly … It will not help the president’s legacy,” Biden said.
