Less than a day after Sen. Bernie Sanders (Vt.) suspended his presidential campaign, his spokeswoman is suggesting that the Democratic National Committee may try to replace Joe Biden — who is now the presumptive nominee.

“Bernie was too kind to go after Biden, but it’s coming,” Briahna Joy Gray tweeted early Thursday morning.

“Either Dem leadership cares more abt maintaining a corporate status quo than getting rid of Trump, or they’re planning to replace Joe – adopting a pretty fast and loose relationship w/ representative Democracy. Lose-lose,” she added.

Of course Tucker Carlson is a cruel bully. But hating the interlocutor doesn't make the critique go away.

Democrats deserve a candidate who was vetted. The corporate media shirked their responsibility.

Gray also shared a video of Fox News’ Tucker Carlson attacking Joe Biden’s mental health.

He also suggested that party leaders would try to find a way to give the nomination to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

Gray called Carlson a “bully” but she said, “Hating the interlocutor doesn’t make the critique go away.”

“Democrats deserve a candidate who was vetted. The corporate media shirked their responsibility,” she added

Carlson is not alone in suggesting that Biden may somehow fail to secure the nomination.

Dick Morris, a former aide to former President Bill Clinton, said he thinks that the party could replace Biden with Cuomo, as IJR has previously reported.

Additionally, President Donald Trump pointed out that former President Barack Obama still has not endorsed Biden and suggested it was because he “knows something” about Biden that is keeping him from endorsing his former vice president.

Despite rumors about Cuomo somehow making a bid for president, he has said he is not interested in running for president.
