Roseanne Barr has returned to the comedy scene with a stand up special on Fox Nation.

Part of the special was shared on social media.

During the clip, Barr takes a swing at those asking what their gender is.

“What is my gender? Your gender is get a job! That’s your gender!” Barr says.

She continues, “What is a woman? They don’t know that?… I’ll tell you what a woman is. A woman is me!”

The crowd responds with applause.

Barr explains, “A woman is someone who cleans up everybody else’s sh*t!”

She then shares that her pronouns are “kiss my a**!”

The special comes after Barr lost her television show, “Roseanne,” in 2018.

One of the tweets posted by Barr around that time labeled former President Barack Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett an offspring of the “Muslim Brotherhood & Planet of the Apes.”

Deadline noted Barr issued an apology but it was too late for that.

Reflecting on the matter, Barr told The Los Angeles Times, “I’ve survived. I’ve come out on the other side of it, finally. But it was a witch-burning. And it was terrifying.”

She responded to the suggestion that it was devastating, saying, “It was. I would die many times. I guess you would call it the dark night of the soul. I felt like the devil himself was coming against me to try to tear me apart, to punish me for believing in God.”

Barr told the outlet they “hated me so badly. I had never known that they hated me like that. They hate me because I have talent, because I have an opinion. Even though ‘Roseanne’ became their No. 1 show, they’d rather not have a No. 1 show.”

The Times asked Barr how it feels to be making her way back to the stage.

“At first it was terrifying. I was really afraid because I didn’t know how people were going to respond. I was afraid to even go outside for a while. So I would go to comedy clubs around the West here, and these friends of mine would call me up on stage to do five or 10 minutes,” Barr said.

She added, “That helped. Joe Rogan helped me a lot. And it got easier and easier. People showed me so much love. I was kind of overwhelmed by that.”
