Kyle Rittenhouse is sharing a viral moment from his murder trial, with a twist, to take aim at President Joe Biden over gas prices and inflation. On Thursday, Rittenhouse shared a video that included a moment he broke down in tears while he was testifying during his trial. But it was edited to make it appear as though he was at a gas pump and crying about the high price of gas. "No, it’s not Lemon Heads.. it’s the burning hole in my pocket thanks to a Joe Biden presidency," he wrote. Watch the video below: https://twitter.com/ThisIsKyleR/status/1504625069506666498 Rittenhouse's tweet comes after the inflation report for February found that prices increased at their highest pace in 40 years and as gas prices have soared following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. His comments about Lemon Heads appeared to be a reference to a tweet NBA star LeBron James crafted to attack him for breaking down in tears during his murder trial. In November, James shared a USA Today tweet that read, “Kyle Rittenhouse broke down in tears at his murder trial while on the witness stand as he described the events of Aug. 25, 2020 in Kenosha, Wisconsin.” James wrote, “What tears????? I didn’t see one. Man knock it off!” “That boy ate some lemon heads before walking into court,” he added with three laughing emojis. https://twitter.com/KingJames/status/1458619464329670657 As CNN noted during the trial, "Rittenhouse defended his actions in Kenosha, in the wake of the protests related to the police shooting of Jacob Blake in August 2020, telling the court 'I didn't do anything wrong. I defended myself.' The teenager also said he didn't intend to kill anyone, but agreed he used 'deadly force' that night. Rittenhouse was acquitted on all charges, as IJR reported. He has accused Biden of defaming his character by featuring him in a 2020 campaign ad that labeled him a white supremacist.
