A Philadelphia motorcyclist was seen kicking the back windshield of the car of an Uber Eats driver who had her children in the backseat.

A tourist recorded a video Sunday evening showing an unidentified man getting off of his motorcycle, jumping onto the back of a car, and kicking the back windshield in. The man had been riding in a group of motorcycles and ATVs through the city near City Hall.

After breaking the glass on the back windshield, the unknown man proceeded to climb off the car and dropped a gun in the process.

“So I jumped out and I was going at him and I ended up pushing his bike over and everybody starts surrounding me,” Nikki Bullock, the driver of the car and the mother of the children, told CBS Philadelphia. Bullock works as an Uber Eats driver and had her children with her at the time because it is cheaper than childcare, according to the Daily Mail.

Prior to Bullock, 23, shoving the unidentified man’s bike over, the man can be seen headbutting her with his helmet as she confronts him.

Bullock added that her two kids had been screaming and that it was an “insane” moment.

“The only thing that protected my kids from not having a bunch of glass from shattering on top of them is that my back windshield was tinted,” Bullock told the outlet.

Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner vouched to go after the suspect “very vigorously” if found.

“That person, whoever that person is, if that person is caught and I get the chance to charge that person, we will be going after that person very, very vigorously after that person for that conduct,” Krasner said during a press conference.

The Philadelphia Police Department (PPD) posted photos of the suspect from the video to a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, asking people to contact them with any information if they knew anything.
