Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) is offering advice to Republicans on how to look good following their criticism of her outfit she wore during a photoshoot for the December issue of Vanity Fair.

Fox News’s Laura Ingraham tweeted a link to a story published by the news outlet revealing the outfit Ocasio-Cortez wore was worth $14,000.

She replied, “100% worth it, would do again. (& I don’t know if you’ve been in a photoshoot Laura, but you don’t keep the clothes.).”

Ocasio-Cortez added. “The whole ‘she wore clothes in a magazine, let’s pretend they’re hers’ gimmick is the classic Republican strategy of ‘let’s willfully act stupid, and if the public doesn’t take our performative stupidity seriously then we’ll claim bias. GOP, get yourselves together. It’s sad.”

She later issued another tweet telling Republicans how they can look better.

“Republicans are Very Mad (again) about my appearance. This time they’re mad that I look good in borrowed clothes (again). Listen, if Republicans want pointers on looking your best, I’m happy to share. Tip #1: Drink water and don’t be racist,” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted.

During her Vanity Fair interview, Ocasio-Cortez torched Trump for his tax records.

“These are the same people saying that we can’t have tuition-free public colleges because there’s no money when these motherf—–s are only paying $750 a year in taxes,” she said.

Shortly after The New York Times obtained over two decades of Trump’s tax information, the news outlet alleged in an article Trump paid $750 in federal income tax in 2016 and 2017.

Ocasio-Cortez took to Twitter to blast Trump, as IJR previously reported.

“In 2016 & ‘17, I paid thousands of dollars a year in taxes *as a bartender.* Trump paid $750. He contributed less to funding our communities than waitresses & undocumented immigrants. Donald Trump has never cared for our country more than he cares for himself. A walking scam,” she wrote.
