Former United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley is sharing who she believes is the greater threat among the two likely major party nominees for president.

During an interview with NPR’s “Morning Edition,” Haley addressed her decision to challenge former President Donald Trump for the Republican nomination.

“I have a lot of concerns about Trump regaining the presidency,” she said.

However, she added she has “even more concerns about” President Joe Biden winning another four years.

“I mean, you look at both of these men and all they have done is given us chaos, all they have given us is division,” Haley insisted.

Haley also said she believes it is important to give voters an alternative, “I think what’s really important is to know that the majority of Americans dislike Donald Trump and Joe Biden.”

“So we think that there needs to be an alternative,” she added.

Haley also expressed her view that both men are “too old.”

Still, she added, “Biden is more dangerous.”

NPR notes she pointed to Biden’s “management of immigration and the economy” to explain why she viewed him as the greater threat.

“Haley hinted that, if Biden and Trump were to face a rematch, she would back Trump if he wins the Republican presidential nomination,” it added.

The interview comes after Haley dodged when asked if she would support Trump in the general election, as IJR reported.
