Conservative commentator Meghan McCain is not willing to bury the hatchet with Arizona Republican Senate hopeful Kari Lake.

In a post on X on Tuesday, McCain said, “Kari Lake is trying to walk back her continued attacks on my Dad (& family) and all of his loyal supporters after telling them to ‘get the hell out’. Guess she realized she can’t become a Senator without us.”

“No peace, b*tch. We see you for who you are – and are repulsed by it,” she added.

No peace, bitch. We see you for who you are – and are repulsed by it.

Her comment about needing fans of her father, the late-Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), appeared to be in reference to a moment in 2022 during Lake’s failed gubernatorial bid.

“We don’t have any McCain Republicans in here, do we? All right, get the hell out,” Lake said at the time.

But during an interview with KTAR, she claimed the comment was “said in jest.”

“And I think that if John McCain, who had a great sense of humor, would have heard it, he would have laughed,” she insisted, before claiming Republicans “need to get a little bit thicker skin because we’re going through some tough stuff right now and we need to be able to take a joke.”

Lake responded to McCain’s Tuesday post with a lengthy missive, writing, “Hi Meghan, As mothers, (both with two kiddos) I’m know we both agree that our children’s future is too important to let it slip away over past grudges or hurt feelings. That’s why I’m working hard to unite Republicans, Independents, Democrats — ALL Americans.”

“My dad passed away from cancer, too. I trust and believe that if our fathers were still with us they would do everything they could to save this Republic,” she continued. “I want to make Senator McCain and Larry Lake proud. I value you. I value your family and I value the passion you have for our state.”

Finally, Lake wrote, “I’d love nothing more than to buy you a beer, a coffee or lunch and pick your brain about how we can work together to strengthen our state. My team is sending you my contact info — if you’re willing to meet, it would mean a lot to me.”

Hi Meghan,

As mothers, (both with two kiddos) I’m know we both agree that our children’s future is too important to let it slip away over past grudges or hurt feelings. That’s why I’m working hard to unite Republicans, Independents, Democrats — ALL Americans.

We are facing…

Still, Meghan McCain appeared unmoved, reiterating, “NO PEACE, B*TCH!”

She added, “I breathe fire for my family and never forgive those who have trashed any of us – particularly my Dad in death. Never.”
