Lebanon Terrorist Group Declares ‘Day of Unprecedented Anger’ Against Israel

People gather by destroyed vehicles at the site of the Ahli Arab hospital in central Gaza on October 18, 2023 in the aftermath of an overnight strike there. A blast ripped through a hospital in war-torn Gaza killing hundreds of people late on October 17, sparking global condemnation and angry protests around the Muslim world. Israel and Palestinians traded blame for the incident, which an "outraged and deeply saddened" US President Joe Biden denounced while en route to the Middle East. Trending Politics co-owner Colin Rugg posted the news and shared the terrorists’ message that stated, “Let tomorrow, Wednesday be a day of unprecedented anger against the enemy and its crimes and against Biden’s visit to the Zionist entity to cover and protect this criminal entity.”

“Let the message be clear that this is a day that comes after it on the path of resistance, victory, and retaliation for the oppressed from the oppressor,” the message said.

According to The Jerusalem Post, this is in response to an explosion at a hospital in Gaza.

Hezbollah blames Israel for the blast and U.S. officials for supporting Israel. Protesters gathered outside of the U.S. embassy in Beirut to display their anger within hours of the blast. The protests have continued.

The day of anger comes during President Joe Biden’s visit to Israel, via Newsweek.

It is also just after Secretary of State Anthony Blinken was ordered to Shelter in Place Monday as air raid sirens went off in Tel Aviv during his meeting with Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, per The Hill.

State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said the incident lasted about five minutes and that, “The Secretary underlined his firm support for Israel’s right to defend itself from Hamas’ terrorism and reaffirmed U.S. determination to provide the Israeli government with what it needs to protect its citizens.”

Whether the danger of this “day of unprecedented anger” will reach Americans in the U.S. is uncertain, but users on X, formerly known as Twitter, posted about the situation.

Podcast host Graham Allen wrote, “Stay Armed stay ready! Americans fear NO ONE!!!”
