White House counselor Kellyanne Conway is bashing her husband George Conway’s anti-Trump PAC, The Lincoln Project.

During an interview on Fox News, Kellyanne Conway was asked about her husband’s Washington Post column and the advertisement his group released on Monday.

She fired back in President Donald Trump’s defense, arguing that the group’s members have all failed as campaign managers and insisting none of their candidates ever made it to the Oval office.

“They’ve all failed. They never succeeded the way I did as campaign manager, and they never got their candidate where my candidate got,” Conway said.

Kellyanne Conway went on to insist that Trump and Vice President Mike Pence are America’s “two greatest assets.”

She continued, “He’s president of the United States — mostly because of what he did, and the vice president. They were our two greatest assets. But let’s be honest here.”

When asked if she believes the group’s, co-founded by George Conway, ad could jeopardize the Trump campaign’s ability to win over moderate voters, she admitted that she “doubts it.”

Kellyanne Conway also insists she and the president ignore The Lincoln Project most of the time. However, Faulkner reiterated that its the president who is having difficulty doing just that, giving the group free publicity in his tweets.

Kellyanne Conway’s criticism comes after The Lincoln Project’s ad this week and the president’s string of fiery tweets in response to it.

Not long after the ad was released, Trump fired back at the group via Twitter. He called George Conway a “MoonFace.”

….get even for all of their many failures. You see, these loser types don’t care about 252 new Federal Judges, 2 great Supreme Court Justices, a rebuilt military, a protected 2nd Amendment, biggest EVER Tax & Regulation cuts, and much more. I didn’t use any of them….

….lost for Evan “McMuffin” McMullin (to me). Steve Schmidt & Reed Galvin lost for John McCain, Romney’s campaign manager (?) lost big to “O”, & Jennifer Horn got thrown out of the New Hampshire Republican Party. They’re all LOSERS, but Abe Lincoln, Republican, is all smiles!

In George Conway’s op-ed, he starkly criticized Trump, accusing him of having extreme narcissistic tendencies and lacking response efforts to the pandemic, as previously reported on IJR.

Following the release of The Lincoln Project ad, the “Never Trump” group saw its biggest fundraising haul, raking in more than $1 million following the president’s Twitter attack, according to Lincoln Project Advisory Committee member Reed Galen.
