A heckler was removed from Queen Elizabeth II’s coffin procession after shouting at Prince Andrew.

Prince Andrew, one of the Queen’s sons, was trailing behind her coffin as a heckler began yelling at him.

He was heard calling Prince Andrew a “sick old man.”

The heckler was later yanked from the crowd by police.

He shouted, “disgusting,” adding, “I’ve done nothing wrong.”

A Police Scotland spokesperson told Yahoo News UK, “A 22-year old man was arrested in connection with a breach of the peace on the Royal Mile around 2.50pm on Monday, 12 September 2022.”

The procession comes just days after the Queen died at the age of 96, as IJR reported.

The New York Times noted that Prince Andrew “has been largely exiled from public life” as a result of his connection with Jeffrey Epstein.

In February, Prince Andrew settled a lawsuit brought by Virginia Giuffre who claimed he raped her when she was a victim of Epstein as a teenager.

It was reported that the amount the victim would receive from Prince Andrew would be confidential.

Prince Andrew’s lawyers claimed the woman’s lawsuit was part of her effort to make money from her allegations against Epstein and others, as The New York Times reported.

“Giuffre has initiated this baseless lawsuit against Prince Andrew to achieve another payday at his expense and at the expense of those closest to him,” Prince Andrew’s lawyers wrote.

They added, “Most people could only dream of obtaining the sums of money that Giuffre has secured for herself over the years.”

However, according to a statement, Prince Andrew intended to “make a substantial donation” to a charity “in support of victims’ rights.”

Commenting on Epstein himself, Prince Andrew explained in a statement that it was “known that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked countless young girls over many years,” and he “regrets his association with Epstein and commends the bravery of Ms. Giuffre and other survivors in standing up for themselves and others.”
