“The View” co-host Whoopi Goldberg stunned her fellow cast members when she asked if one of them was pregnant.

On Thursday, Goldberg discussed the Republican Party following the news Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) will not seek re-election in 2024.

She then abruptly changed the subject as she looked at conservative co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin and asked, “Are you pregnant?”

Griffin, apparently stunned, responded, “No! Oh my god! You can’t say that when my mother-in-law is here. She’s been dying for me to get pregnant.”

“Why would you say that?” asked Joy Behar

During a segment on Mitt Romney, Whoopi Goldberg – OUT OF NOWHERE – asks Alyssa Farah Griffin if she is pregnant.

WHOOPI: "…Disregard for people – Are you pregnant?"

FARAH GRIFFIN: "Do I look pregnant?"

WHOOPI: "Yes!"

She is not pregnant.

Griffin asked, “Do I look pregnant?”

“Yes… I just got a vibe,” Goldberg responded.

She added, “I’m so sorry… Forgive me… you have this… I see a glow.”

Sara Haines joked Griffin should name her first child Whoopi.

Finally, Griffin tried to return to the original subject of Romney, and Behar asked sarcastically, “Is Romney pregnant?”
