Former actresses on Nickelodeon are now making allegations against the network.

Daniella Monet, who played Trina Vega from 2010-2013 on the show “Victorious,” spoke about her experience on the show working with creator Dan Schneider.

Monet claimed that while on the show it was “very PC, funny, silly, friendly, chill,” at times, there were also moments  “once in a while” where she was uncomfortable.

“Do I wish certain things, like, didn’t have to be so sexualized? Yeah. A hundred percent,” she said, per People.

Monet also spoke about a certain scene where she had to eat a pickle while applying lip gloss during filming.

After filming, People reports that Monet went to executives from Nickelodeon and expressed her concerns over the vulgarity of the scene. However, it aired anyway.

Schneider reportedly also asked female coworkers to massage him and for the girls in “Victorious” to wear “skimpier” clothing, HuffPost reports.

Monet is not the only actress on the network who is speaking out about her negative experiences.

On August 22, Alexa Nikolas, Jamie Lynn Spears’ co-star in the show “Zoey 101” posted a video on her Instagram protesting outside of Nickelodeon’s Burbank Offices with her organization “Eat Predators.”

“EAT PREDATORS hosts Slime Time Live @nickelodeon If you are a survivor of child sexual abuse you have until December in the state of California to get justice. Doesn’t matter what year it happened. If you feel the time is now for you then call 1-800-it’s-time for legal advice so you can begin that process. The choice has to be yours. And yours only,” she wrote in the caption.

In the video, Nikolas claims that she personally did not feel protected as a child at Nickelodeon and demanded that the network “starts protecting children and not the predators.”

She also claims that she did not feel safe around Dan Schneider and every time he came on set her body got extremely tense and in season two of Zoey 101 he yelled at her and made her cry.

Nickelodeon’s former president of content and production, Russell Hicks made a statement about the allegations saying, “Every single thing that Dan ever did on any of his shows was carefully scrutinized and approved.”

In her new memoir titled, ”I’m Glad My Mom Died” Jennette McCurdy, who starred in the show “ICarly” has also made allegations about Schneider writing, “The Creator can tear you down and humiliate you. I’ve seen him do this when he fired a six-year-old on the spot for messing up a few lines on a rehearsal day. And when a boom operator accidentally dropped the boom into a shot and The Creator stomped over to him and screamed in his face,” she wrote.
