Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) is sending a tough message to Democrats who are openly criticizing President Joe Biden.

During an appearance on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” Thursday, Fetterman said, “The president is going to win here in Pennsylvania. And I’ve always believed that whoever wins Pennsylvania is going to be the next president as well, too.”

“This is going to be difficult,” he conceded. We all have to lean in on that.”

Fetterman then took aim at Democrats who are criticizing Biden or not supporting him:

“I don’t understand why. I don’t know what it’s in it for you to do that, whether you’re just chasing clout or you want to make it in the news or anything like that.”

He added, “If you’re not willing to support the president now and say these kinds of things, you might as well just get your MAGA hat, because you now are helping Trump at this.”

His comments come after Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) urged Democrats in Michigan to vote “uncommitted” in the state’s upcoming primary to protest Biden over his support of Israel.

Meanwhile, Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) ruled out endorsing the president for now.

During an interview with CNN this week, Manchin said, “I’m not endorsing anybody right now. We’re gonna see what all happens. We’ve still got plenty of time here.”

“I’m gonna do everything I can to help move them back to the middle and show them where the strength of this country lies, where the voting bloc of the country lies,” he added.

Manchin also said Biden has “gone too far to the Left.”

“That’s not where America is,” he insisted.

When asked if the race came down to Biden or former President Donald Trump, Manchin said, “We’ll just have to see what happens.”

“That’s a long time before that happens. Right now there might be other people getting in, there’re still independents, you might have still a third party run from No Labels, and we’ll just see what opportunities and what type of options you have,” he added.
