Democrats are expected to maintain control of the Senate.
On Saturday night, several networks began to call the race for the Senate in Nevada for Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto (D).
After officials released more vote data, Masto was leading Adam Laxalt (R) by roughly 5,000 votes with 95% of the expected vote counted.

Masto winning her race would give Democrats 50 seats in the upper chamber.
The race for Senate in Georgia is headed for a run-off on Dec. 6 between Sen. Raphael Warnock (D) and Herschel Walker (R).
The outcome of that race will determine if Democrats will expand their majority or keep the status quo.
If Warnock wins in Georgia, Democrats will have a 51-seat majority. However, if Republicans flip the seat, the chamber will remain evenly divided and Democrats will face a similar situation as the past nearly two years when Vice President Kamala Harris frequently had to cast the tie-breaking vote.
The news on Saturday comes after a disappointing midterm for Republicans who were slightly favored to win control of the Senate. However, they failed to hold onto Pennsylvania’s Senate seat and would have needed to flip control of two seats.
While Democrats were expected to maintain control of the Senate, the House remained too close to call.
But Republicans were still favored to win control of the chamber.
