A car was left dangling from the second story of a house after launching into the air and striking the home Sunday afternoon.

The crash occurred in Pennsylvania’s Decatur Township of Mifflin County, according to abc27 News.

State police are currently investigating the details.

They stated that they have “determined through an investigation that the crash was an intentional act and charges are pending at this time.”

The Junction Fire Company described that the car likely hit a small culvert beside the driveway, which led it to become airborne.

The driver was taken to the hospital, and no one inside the home was hurt, but the puzzling scene left behind plenty of images.

The New York Post displayed various angles of the crash. These displayed the car sticking out of the second story of the house, the interior damage, and the totaled car once it was removed from the building.

The Recount video journalism outlet posted about the incident on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, stating, “This is wild: A 20-year-old driver in Pennsylvania is facing charges after authorities say he intentionally crashed a car into the second floor of a home on Sunday.”

How do you intentionally crash a car into the second floor of a home? 🤔 https://t.co/ZuqlP1ErHf

Yeah, we don't know either. At least, no one from Junction Fire Company of Mifflin County in central Pennsylvania has yet said how it happened. But it happened. https://t.co/YPTwTK3hSX
