SiriusXM’s Megyn Kelly said Thursday on her show that Democrats are attempting to make the Trump administration play “whack-a-mole” in the court system and are ignoring the will of the voters.

Since Trump entered office on Jan. 20 and signed an estimated 60 executive orders, Democrats have pushed back against the president and his administration’s plans, resulting in at least 49 lawsuits, according to Fox News Digital. On “The Megyn Kelly Show,” Kelly said that she was “irritated” by the “lawfare” from Democrats, which she said was all a “distraction.”

“I’m irritated at the lawfare that is being unleashed against Trump’s agenda at every turn. Now it’s like this administration is having to play whack-a-mole in the courts instead of just enacting the people’s will. Every day it’s another lawsuit to try to stop what Trump clearly has the power to do,” Kelly said.

“What I see after the whole morning researching this bullshit … is that Trump’s winning. He’s winning these cases, right? But think of the distraction by his lawyers, by his federal agencies, everything Elon’s doing. They’re trying to stop bit by bit,” Kelly added. “All Elon’s doing right now is trying to get information.”

In a win for the administration, U.S. District Judge George O’Toole Jr. dissolved his temporary freeze on Trump’s plan to offer millions of federal employees a payout. In his filing, the judge said that the labor union lacked legal standing to bring the suit, with more than 70,000 federal employees estimated to have taken the payout.

“What is the Treasury paying out? To whom? All Trump’s cabinet heads, like Treasury? EPA?” Kelly asked. “What grants have we given in the waning days of the Biden administration and to whom, against the taxpayer’s wish? It’s just boondoggle. They’ve just been throwing money off of a sinking ship, the Biden administration,” Kelly added.

“Trump and Elon are like, ‘Whoa, whoa, whoa, let’s hold on. Let’s just see. We don’t approve this, and we can stop it.’ The Democrats sue them saying ‘You have to allot the funds because Biden said so or Congress said so,’” Kelly said. “You’re not even allowed to access who’s getting paid what, by whom, in some of these agencies. Bit by bit, Trump is winning and will continue to win, but this is the most subversive shit.”

Democratic lawmakers began to ramp up their rhetoric against the president and the Department of Government Efficiency’s Elon Musk, after Musk announced on Feb. 3 that he and Trump agreed to upend the U.S. Agency for International Development. Following the announcement, Democrats began to protest Musk’s involvement in the Trump administration as well as the president’s plan to downsize the federal government.

Democrats like Oregon Rep. Maxine Dexter were seen outside in Washington D.C. protesting with the American Federation of Government Employees, yelling that supporters should “fuck” Trump.
