The NFLPA and everyone in our community is praying for Damar Hamlin. We have been in touch with Bills and Bengals players, and with the NFL. The only thing that matters at this moment is Damar’s health and well being.

Hamlin was on the ground “for awhile” as CPR was administered to him by the medical staff. He was then put in an ambulance and taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

After Hamlin’s medical emergency, the game was postponed, and the NFL Players Association posted a statement on Twitter about the player.

“This campaign gives you the opportunity to contribute to our first initiative and positively impact children who have been hardest hit by the pandemic. 100% of the funds raised will go toward the purchase of toys for kids in need,” Hamlin wrote.
