Former President Bill Clinton is expected to be named along with over 150 others in previously sealed court documents from the Virginia Giuffre lawsuit against Ghislaine Maxwell in connection with the Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking ring.

For some us, it’s no surprise at all that Bill Clinton will be named in the Jeffrey Epstein files.

We said it a long time ago but they labeled us conspiracy theorists.

There will be lots of names you’ve never heard of and the IC collected info on them.

According to ABC News, Clinton is named “Doe 36” and appeared in over 50 redacted court filings in the case.

In 2016, Giuffre’s legal team attempted to subpoena Clinton for deposition testimony. They stated that this was “highly relevant” and “important to the fundamental claims and defenses.”

But Clinton denied having been to Epstein’s island and Maxwell called Giuffre’s decision to include Clinton, “utter nonsense.”

She alleged that it was a“transparent ploy by [Giuffre] to increase media exposure for her sensational stories through deposition side-show.”

ABC News reported, “Giuffre made no allegations of wrongdoing by Clinton, and there is no indication the sealed records contain evidence of illegal conduct by Clinton.”

The pursuit to have Clinton questioned under oath was denied by U.S. District Judge Robert Sweet in June of 2016 and then redacted as the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign was in full swing.

In March of 2017, Maxwell’s legal team attempted to discredit Giuffre for naming Clinton and asserted that he had never been to Epstein’s island.

Giuffre’s legal team once again attempted to question Clinton regarding his connection to Epstein and the Little St. James Island estate where the sex trafficking ring is said to have taken place.

Giuffre’s attorney Sigrid McCawley told Sweet, “You did not allow us to depose him because you said it was irrelevant.”

“So now we’re in a position where at trial they want to put forth that information against my client, and I don’t have an under-oath statement from that individual saying whether or not he actually was,” he added.

The case was settled, leaving the Clinton testimony issue unresolved, but more information regarding his connection to Epstein and the legal attempts to have him testify are to be revealed this week.

Epstein died by hanging in his jail cell in Manhattan, where he was being held pending trial on charges of child sex-trafficking and conspiracy, ABC reported. The New York Medical Examiner ruled the death a suicide and a Justice Department Inspector General report agreed.

Maxwell was convicted in 2021 on five of six counts related to the abuse and trafficking of underage girls. After the verdict, Maxwell’s attorneys cited her connection to former President Clinton’s charitable work as part of her effort for a reduced sentence, including a claim of “helping develop the Clinton Global Initiative,” according to a sentencing memo filed with the court.

Maxwell was sentenced to 20 years in prison and is appealing her conviction.
