President Joe Biden’s approval rating is continuing to hit new lows.

On Sunday, an ABC News/Ipsos poll found the president’s approval “rating has dropped to a low for any president in the past 15 years.”

“Among all adults, Biden’s approval rating is just 33% in this poll, worse than Trump’s low as president (36%) and the lowest since George W. Bush from 2006-2008. Fifty-eight percent disapprove of Biden’s work,” ABC News reported.

It noted only 31% of women say they approve of his job performance, despite winning 57% of women in the 2020 election.

Meanwhile, 28% of independents say the same.

“Further, Biden’s approval rating is 21 points below average among Black people and 15 points below average among Hispanic people, compared with 6 points among white people; more Black people, in particular, offer no opinion,” ABC pointed out.

While Biden hit a 15-year low, the poll found former President Donald Trump had a retrospective approval rating of his presidency of 41%.

Still, the survey found that 41% of respondents view the current president as honest and trustworthy, but only 26% said the same of Trump.

However, the former president beats Biden in two categories.

Forty-seven percent of respondents say Trump has the “mental sharpness” to be president, while just 28% said the same of Biden.

Meanwhile, 57% said Trump is in good enough physical health for the job, while 28% said the same of the 46th president.

RealClearPolitics’ average of polls finds Biden’s approval rating sits at 39.1%, with 57% disapproval.
