President Joe Biden is not holding back on his criticism of Republicans who opposed his American Rescue Plan.

“Even my Republican friends in Congress, not a single one of them voted for the rescue plan. I’m not going to embarrass any one of them, but I have here a list of how back in their districts they’re bragging about the rescue plan,” Biden said while delivering remarks on Thursday.

He continued, “They touted the restaurant revitalization fund. They touted the fact that we’re in a situation where they… touted grants to community healthcare centers. I mean some people have no shame.”

Every Republican in Congress voted against the plan. Still, some have touted portions of the measure.

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) tweeted on April 29, “TOMORROW at 12PM the [SBAgov] Restaurant Revitalization Fund will open to assist restaurants and food establishments in their recovery efforts. If you think you qualify for the Restaurant Revitalization Fund, visit http://sba.gov today to get started.”

Karoline Leavitt, communications director for Stefanik, said the congresswoman “is using her platform to inform her constituents of federal funds and resources available to them.”

She added, “She did not claim to support the bill in the tweet, and her constituents deserve to know about federal programs they can apply for regardless of how she votes.”

Rep. Greg Pence (R-Ind.) also tweeted an announcement related to the restaurant revitalization fund.

When asked by The Washington Post why Pence is tweeting about the fund, Hannah Osantowske, his communications director, responded, “We consistently direct constituents to information they may find useful. Congressman Pence is always looking for a silver lining hiding in a big lump of s*** if it helps out his constituents.”

Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.) was “happy” to announce his state received grants for health centers.

Happy to announce that NC-11 was awarded grants from the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.

-Appalachian Mountain Community Health Centers was given $2,458,000

-Western North Carolina Community Health Services Inc. was given $4,622,375
