Former co-stars of late actor Bob Saget shared fond memories of their time with him.

In an interview with People, “Full House” co-stars Andrea Barber, 47, and Jodie Sweetin, 41, deemed Saget as the one who gave the best advice and was the best texter amongst all of them.

“All I can think of the answer to so many of those things was Bob,” Sweetin shared.

Barber echoed the same sentiments, saying, “Yeah, Bob was the main [person] in our group chat, our group text that we have. He was the heart of all of our group chats.”

Sweetin reminisced about her conversations with Saget, revealing he would frequently take the conversation “very sideways.”

“And then me and him would still be going and it would be like, ‘I guess no one else is going to keep going with the joke.’ And Dave [Coulier] too. I think we’re all pretty good at [keeping up with each other],” she explained.

Despite their busy lives, Sweetin said the cast still talks “relatively frequently in some form of group chat or another.”

In an Instagram post on the one-year anniversary of Saget’s passing, actress Candace Cameron Bure, 47, shared she “stayed up for hours watching videos of Bob” on her phone. Bure admitted it was something she struggled to do a year prior “because it hurt too much.”

“Last night they made me laugh. They comforted me and warmed my heart. I watched them over and over and laughed so hard,” she wrote.

She continued, “I miss him so much and I’m grateful he was my friend for so many years. I love you, Bob *now go hug a friend like Bob would.”

On Jan. 9, 2022, Saget was found dead in his Ritz-Carlton hotel room in Orlando, Florida. He was 65.

Authorities reported that he died from “blunt head trauma and likely a fall backwards causing bleeding around the brain” and his death was declared an accident, according to the “Today” show.

In a statement shared by Saget’s family, via “Today,” they asked “everyone to remember the love and laughter that Bob brought to this world and the lessons he taught us all: to be kind to everyone, to let the people you love know you love them, and to face difficult times with hugs and laughter.”
