Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) says he likes Vice President Kamala Harris, but it appears she does her research on Twitter. During a segment on Monday, Fox News host Jesse Watters noted Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) made some waves over the weekend when she declined to say President Joe Biden should keep her as his running mate. "I really want to defer to what makes Biden comfortable on his team," Warren said during a radio interview when asked about the matter. Watters suggested Biden may be preparing to ditch Harris and asked Kennedy, "What is going on here, senator?” “I’m not sure," Kennedy responded. He went on, “I know the vice president. I served with her on the judiciary committee. I like the vice president. I do not think she’s been a good vice president. For whatever reason, every time she speaks, she shows us how much she doesn’t know. I think she must do her research on Twitter." "She’s been – along with the president, of course – she has been dead wrong about how to fix the border," Kennedy added. Recently, the vice president was criticized after she delivered remarks marking the 50th anniversary of Roe v. Wade. She sought to quote from the Declaration of Independence during her remarks but left out the right to life. But despite her low approval ratings, she appears confident she is not going anywhere. "The president intends to run, and if he does, I will be his ticket mate,” Harris told reporters in June, adding, "We will run together.”
