Actress Lisa Loring, who played the original Wednesday Addams on the show “The Addams Family,” has died.

Loring died Saturday following a stroke, according to her daughter, Vanessa Foumberg.

“She went peacefully with both her daughters holding her hands,” Foumberg revealed.

Loring’s agent, Chris Carbaugh, also confirmed the news of her passing in a statement to NBC News.

“Lisa was a very loving Mother, Grandmother and friend with a lifetime of amazing stories and experiences. She brought to life one of the most iconic characters in Hollywood history that is still celebrated today. Lisa loved sharing her memories and meeting all her fans across the world,” he said.

He concluded, “She will be missed dearly.”

Loring was 64 years old and one of the last surviving cast member of the original “The Addams Family.”

She appeared on the show from 1964 until 1966.

In an interview at Monsterpalooza in 2017, Loring, who was 5 years old when she started acting on the show, spoke about her experience.

“It was like a real family — you couldn’t have picked a better cast and crew. Carolyn Jones, John Astin — Gomez and Morticia — were like parents to me. They were great,” she said.

Loring also shared that she didn’t have anything in common with her character.

“I liked lace and pearls and pretty things and Wednesday liked everything dark and spooky,” she added.

In 2022, actress Jenna Ortega, who plays Wednesday Addams in the Netflix series “Wednesday Addams” credited Loring on Twitter for inspiring her viral dance scene on the show.

“Thanks to Siouxsie Sioux, Bob Fosse’s Rich Man’s Frug, Lisa Loring, Lene Lovich, Denis Lavant, and archival footage of goths dancing in clubs in the 80’s. Helped me out on this one,” she wrote.
