President Donald Trump is encouraging his supporters to get out and vote in Georgia’s two Senate runoff election races.

“No, the 2020 Election was a total scam, we won by a lot (and will hopefully turn over the fraudulent result), but we must get out and help David and Kelly, two GREAT people. Otherwise we are playing right into the hands of some very sick people. I will be in Georgia on Saturday!” Trump wrote on Twitter Friday.

Trump’s comments come after news spread of his supporters considering boycotting the elections because of unsubstantiated allegations of widespread voter fraud.

Trump’s eldest son Donald Trump Jr. also took to Twitter to criticize those who are telling voters not to go out and vote.

“I’m seeing a lot of talk from people that are supposed to be on our side telling GOP voters not to go out and vote for [Kelly Loeffler] and [David Perdue]. That is NONSENSE. IGNORE those people. We need ALL of our people coming out to vote for Kelly and David,” he tweeted.

I’m seeing a lot of talk from people that are supposed to be on our side telling GOP voters not to go out & vote for @KLoeffler and @PerdueSenate.

That is NONSENSE.

IGNORE those people.

If Perdue and Loeffler fail to defeat Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock, Democrats will take the majority in the Senate.

Georgia confirmed President-elect Joe Biden as the winner of the state last week, as IJR previously reported.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger railed against Trump in an op-ed after the state certified the election results, as IJR previously reported.

“My family voted for him, donated to him and are now being thrown under the bus by him,” Raffensperger wrote.

When speaking to reporters Thursday, Trump responded to Raffensperger’s comments.

Trump explained Former Democratic Georgia gubernatorial nominee Stacey Abrams assisted in registering 800,000 voters in Georgia and suggested without evidence Raffensperger made a deal.

“You’re not allowed to harvest, but I understand the secretary of state, who is really an enemy of the people, the secretary of state, and whether he’s Republican or not, this man, what he’s done, supposedly he made a deal and you’ll have to check this, where she is allowed to harvest but in other areas they’re not allowed,” Trump said.
