President Donald Trump is not ruling out the possibility of attending an upcoming rally with his supporters in Washington, D.C.

“Heartwarming to see all of the tremendous support out there, especially the organic Rallies that are springing up all over the Country, including a big one on Saturday in D.C.,” Trump said.

He added, “I may even try to stop by and say hello. This Election was Rigged, from Dominion all the way up & down!”

During her appearance on Fox News, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany was asked about the event.

“I think it’s going to be quite large, um, from what I’m hearing, don’t have an estimate for you,” McEnany said.

Trump campaign adviser Jason Miller expressed his support for the events.

“Love the outpouring of support for [Donald Trump,]” Miller wrote on Twitter.

According to the Washington Post, there will be a Women for Trump event, a “Million MAGA March,” and a “Stop the Steal” protest.

Anti-Trump activists have also announced demonstrations.

“We continue to follow those activities and be prepared,” D.C. Mayor Muriel E. Bowser (D) said during a news conference. “Our police chief will have a similar posture this weekend as he did last week. We will be there to support peaceful First Amendment demonstrations.”

Trump has made it clear he believes widespread voter fraud was the reason for his election loss despite a lack of evidence to support his allegations.

His supporters showed up at an election center in Arizona on Nov. 4 following false claims suggesting ballots were not being counted for Trump, as IJR previously reported.

The demonstrators chanted, “Stop the steal!”, and “Count my vote.”

While the president has refused to concede the election, several Republicans have acknowledged Biden as the president-elect including Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine (R), New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu (R), and adviser to former President George W. Bush Karl Rove, as IJR previously reported.
