Former Biden associate Tony Bobulinski is expressing his frustration after some say his claims about Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s family are Russian disinformation.
During an interview with Fox News’ Tucker Carlson on Tuesday night, Bobulinski responded to remarks made by Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) about his claims.
“This whole smear on Joe Biden comes from the Kremlin,” Schiff said.
“I held a top-secret clearance from the NSA and the DOE. I served this country for four years in one of the most elite environments in the world, the naval nuclear power training command,” Bobulinski said.
“And to have a congressman out there speaking about Russian disinformation, or Joe Biden at a public debate referencing Russian disinformation when he knows he sat face to face with me, that I was traveled around the world with his son and his brother, to say that and associate that with my name is absolutely disgusting to me.”

Schiff’s allegations of Russian disinformation led Bobulinski to phone Biden family associate Rob Walker.
Bobulinski continued:
“When I saw Adam Schiff go on record talking about Russian disinformation after this email had been posted online by the New York Post … And so I called Rob Walker and I told him that if that statement isn’t retracted by Congressman Schiff, by midnight on Sunday, that I was going on record and I was disclosing all the facts to the American government, to the American citizen, and the world.
He continued, “I was hoping the Bidens would do the right thing, or Schiff would retract his statement, but I could not allow another minute, another hour, or a day from my family’s name to be associated or muddied up around Russian disinformation.”
Bobulinski held a press conference on Thursday to announce Biden knew about his son Hunter Biden’s international business relationships, as IJR previously reported.
He announced his plans to hand over evidence of his claims to the FBI and his intentions to speak to the Senate Homeland Security and Finance Committees.
Bobulinski broke his silence shortly after the New York Post published a report alleging Hunter Biden introduced his father to an executive for Ukrainian energy company Burisma while he was still vice president.
Fifty former intelligence officials previously signed a letter stating that they believe the emails cited in the Post’s story were part of a Russian disinformation campaign.
However, they clarified, “We do not have evidence of Russian involvement — just that our experience makes us deeply suspicious that the Russian government played a significant role in this case.”
